Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided that the order has not yet been shipped or entered into production (for custom LED walls).

2. Custom Orders

Custom LED display orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. If you wish to cancel a custom order, please contact us immediately to check the status. If production has started, a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the order value may apply to cover material and labor costs.

4. Refunds for Cancellations

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
